Here’s what I did at Shopee
- Conceptualised, developed and executed 2 marketing campaigns (evergreen & thematic).
- I was also in the midst of campaign creation and optimisation of 2 campaigns (tentpole & category day).
- I also handled Shopee’s Mum’s Club (Loyalty Programme) Telegram channel
- There was a lot of collaboration with different stakeholders (e.g. key account managers, business intelligence team and other marketing functions e.g. social media and graphic design)

Evergreen Campaign (Mum & Baby Essentials)
- This campaign is evergreen, where we aimed to direct our targeted audience to this microsite as the main landing page - such that they could find all things related to mum & baby, as well as ongoing campaigns
Thematic Campaign (Children’s Day Sale)
- This campaign is a cross-category campaign which is also thematic in nature.
Loyalty Club OOA Initiative (Shopee’s Mum Club Telegram)
Shopee Mum's Club
- Telegram channel is an essential out-of-app asset which we tap on, to direct users into Shopee’s app.
- For each scheduled post, it requires liaising with respective stakeholders for the content and graphic design, and writing of captions with UTM and bit.ly tracking
