Here’s what I did at Lenovo
- Collaborate with the local team for onsite optimisations such as product recommendations, upselling/cross-selling opportunities, and search improvements
- Reporting on e-Commerce trade performance including KPIs, providing data-driven insights, and conducting deep dives were needed to better understand shopping behaviours and trends
- Assist with drawing up user/customer journey and on-boarding process
- Experience working on multiple touchpoints, creating a great customer experience
- Validate and improve usability, user experience and performance of the solutions
My Internship Journey

- First, I gathered customer journey insights & analysed the problems through the overall satisfaction scores.
- From there, I suggested some solutions and dive into those that can be solved through UX.
- One of the things I do weekly is to website audit and push quick-ship models on the landing pages
- and manage Insider Campaigns (I have categorised them by high to low of the marketing funnel)
- All of these will lead to UIUX improvement which will eventually result in overall higher conversion rates in all 6 countries.
